艾伦C. 家长

艾伦C. 家长 is a Professor of 经济学 and the Director of 研究生 Studies at Wayne State University. Professor 家长 completed his Ph.D. from Yale University in 1976. He is now a distinguished health 经济学omist.

He has published numerous scholarly papers in highly respected academic and professional journals. He is a co-author of a textbook on health 经济学omics, The 经济学 of Health and Health Care, which is now in its 8th edition, 是全国通用的, and has been translated into a number of foreign languages.

He has extensively participated in policy discussions related to the City of Detroit, and the State of Michigan. These include a March 10, 2004 Detroit News Op-Ed piece “Detroit 住房 Rebound Needs Safe Streets, 好学校.”

Prior to coming to Wayne State University in 1986, Professor 家长 served in various capacities at Yale University, Lawrence University, University of Wisconsin- Madison, 美国.S. Department of 住房 and Urban Development, The Johns Hopkins University, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, 等.
